Ben Reinberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Consolidated Group of Companies, LLC. Before founding Alliance, His journey in acquiring commercial real estate assets started in the 1990s. Ben holds a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a qualified Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Salafia is the founder and managing partner of STAX Real Estate LLC, a platform for single-tenant net lease retail sale leasebacks generating top yields. Prior to launching STAX, Salafia was an award-winning member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail and Net Leased Groups. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University, complementing undergraduate studies in Finance at NEU and Babson College abd. As a licensed broker, Salafia combines real estate expertise with financial and technology acumen.

Nichole Stohler is the co-founder of Gateway Private Equity Group, specializing in hotel investments. As a seasoned real estate investor and syndicator, she frequently writes about the real estate industry.
