Rich Bouchner is Senior Director of Capital Markets at Alpha Investing, a private equity real estate firm providing investors with access to institutional-grade assets with compelling, risk-adjusted returns. He has 20 years of buy-side Wall Street experience with the likes of Merrill Lynch, Brown Brothers, AllianceBernstein & Capital One.

Julia is the Marketing Manager at Agora. Prior to this role, she spent two years as a product onboarding expert within the company. Now, she harnesses her deep industry and customer insights to initiate all product marketing efforts.

Jon Siegel is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of RailField Partners. Prior to forming RailField, Jon was a founding partner of J. S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients in over $25 billion of multifamily transactions. The firm was also retained by HUD as its exclusive Loan Sale Advisor for all of its multifamily loan sales.

Prior to forming J.S. Watkins Partners, Jon was Director of Structured Transactions in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily group, responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale transactions with many of the nation’s largest lenders and property owners.

Jon also served as Director of Acquisitions at NHP Incorporated, the largest owner and manager of multifamily real estate in the nation, where he was responsible for transactions involving the purchase of real estate, partnership interest, and operating companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in strategy, acquisitions, and financing.

Paul Thompson is a real estate fund manager, consultant, and coach based in Arkansas. He has vast experience in wholesaling, land deals, fix and flip, buy and hold, mid-term rentals, and fund management. For more information, visit his website.

Chad is a Managing Partner and Director of Acquisitions at Quattro Capital, a Tennessee-based investment firm that delivers the full suite of services to actualize real estate opportunities that yield strong returns.

He takes his experience in engineering, international negotiation, and relationship-building from his work at NASA, GE Aviation, and GE Renewable Energy, and leverages it into a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to structure lucrative opportunities and winning investment strategies.

Yiftach Atias is Agora’s Head of Design. With over ten years of experience, Yiftach specializes in UX/UI, marketing, and branding design.
