As we bid farewell to 2023, we can proudly reflect on a year marked by incredible advancements and continuous growth.
As Agora expanded and evolved, offering a more advanced and efficient solution, so did our customers. More customers made bigger deals, effectively managing increasing numbers of investments and capital raises &#8211; which, in 2023&#8217;s challenging market, makes the accomplishment all the more impressive.

This year&#8217;s Assets Under Management (AUM) handled with Agora more than doubled from $50B to $120B, with more than 30,000 active investors using the Agora portal. Our growth is across all aspects:

In 2023, we introduced new advanced features and revamped existing ones to make the user experience smoother, faster, and easier.
We combined robust automation with a user-centric intelligent design so GPs and their investors can focus more on deals and communications and less on bureaucracy.
The Investor Portal underwent a complete revamp, making it <a href="https://agorareal.com/blog/how-we-combined-simplicity-and-functionality-to-create-the-best-investor-portal-in-the-market/">the leading portal in the market</a>, hailed by investors for its aesthetics and ease of use.
We launched a completely redesigned CRM, combining robust capabilities with intuitive design. To <a href="https://agorareal.com/case-study/castle-lanterra-streamlines-investment-operations/">quote one of our customers</a>, &#8220;I&#8217;ve used a lot of CRMs over my career, and Agora&#8217;s is the most user-friendly I&#8217;ve seen.&#8221;
For GPs running debt funds, we also started <a href="https://agorareal.com/blog/agora-now-supports-debt-fund-management/">providing full support for debt fund management</a>, with all the convenience and efficiency of Agora&#8217;s solution.
For customers managing bigger teams, our new and improved <a href="https://agorareal.com/blog/introducing-enhanced-staff-member-permissions/">team management feature</a> enabled them to create tailored access levels, define custom roles for staff members, and collaborate better.

True to our promise to provide GPs with an all-encompassing 360 solution to their investment management needs, we launched our <a href="https://agorareal.com/tech-enabled-accounting/">tech-enhanced financial services</a> to complement our software and act as a natural extension of your team: Our team of CPAs, bookkeepers, and financial professionals are actively providing our customers with <a href="https://agorareal.com/tax-operation/">tax (K-1)</a>, <a href="https://agorareal.com/bookkeeping/">bookkeeping</a> and <a href="https://agorareal.com/international-payments/">international money transfer</a> services.

Over 2023, Agora has continuously won an increasing number of prestigious G2 badges. At Agora, we have decided, from the outset, that we don&#8217;t view ourselves as a service provider but rather as a partner to our customers and the real estate community.
In 2023, we provided members of the real estate community with the opportunity to connect, get updated on the latest trends, and broaden their education in various channels and platforms.
Our <a href="https://agorareal.com/blog/adieu-to-the-brew-saying-goodbye-to-season-2-of-coffee-break/">second season of the Deal Makers</a> drew even more traction than the first, with 20 punchy episodes and a broad spectrum of spectacular guests.
Along with our successful <a href="https://agorareal.com/blog/">blog</a> for seasoned GPs, we launched the <a href="https://agorareal.com/learn/">Investor Learning Center</a>, helping more novice investors learn the ins and outs of real estate.
Our online LinkedIn community grew from 3,000 in 2022 to over 7000 followers.

As 2024 is quickly approaching with new challenges and opportunities, we look forward to continuing to grow with our partners and reach new heights together.
