As part of our growth plans with our existing customers, we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer partnerships, sales, success and winning spirit to disrupt the Real Estate Investment industry & market.
As a Sales Account Manager at Agora, you will work with our existing customers to build and maintain relationships and to identify and close new upsell and cross-sell opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of opportunities and deals across our entire product lines and present the value of our solutions to different customers, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience and background in the Real Estate domain, working for GP’s, fund admins or syndicators.
- Familiarity with software tools used in the RE domain and high knowledge of the RE Investment Management vertical.
- Results oriented and goals driven sales DNA.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle for SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling, email sequence etc.
- Ability to perform cross-selling as well as up-selling of multiple products and services to existing customers.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and to meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
- Flaunt English speaker.
- Willingness to travel for customers meetings and events.
Advantage experience:
- Experience hunting / selling in financial market or real estate domain
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn etc.
- Additional languages as Spanish - advantage
