Are there additional charges for cross-border payments?
Yes. Agora charges transaction fees for cross-border payments based on the currency and destination.
- With FX conversion: 0.5% per transaction (minimum $15)
- Without FX conversion: 0.3% per transaction (minimum $20)

What are the fees for processing ACH payments?
ACH payment fees are waived on Pro and Enterprise plans. On the Essential plan, ACH is available with per-transaction fees – 0.01% of the transaction amount + $1 per transaction for fast, same-day payments.
