Can investors see asset performance in the portal?
Asset performance in the investor portal is coming soon, and you will choose what investors see, down to individual documents. In the meantime, you can share branded asset reports with investors.
Which metrics can I track?
Start with the standard set: NOI, occupancy, IRR, equity multiple, LTV, cash-on-cash, preferred return, and yield. Add your own custom metrics, shown as an amount, a percentage, or a number.
