What is the Real EstateX Gala?
RealEstate X is an exclusive gala hosted in New York City by Bob Knakal and Don Tepman, the President and Founder at TownCentre Capital, also known as the Strip Mall Guy – one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing Twitter/X communities in the industry.
The event took place at a secret venue in April 2024 and was invite-only, featuring a black tie dress code, red carpet, and curated guest list of 200 real estate luminaries – from big names to rising stars.

Agora’s CEO and Co-founder, Bar Mor, is a keen follower of Strip Mall Guy’s X/Twitter content. In December 2023, he sent a DM to Don – which would eventually lead to Agora sponsoring the RealEstateX Gala.
