We created Agora in 2019 because we saw a gap in the real estate market for an attractive, easy-to-use investment management platform that automates and optimizes back-office operations. We saw so many GPs, LPs, and other asset managers trying to manage investor relationships manually (and the glaring inefficiencies of that approach). We knew we could improve the process.

So we set out to build a platform that moves investor management out of an Excel spreadsheet and into an all-in-one web-based platform where users can manage assets, relationships, reporting, documents, and more from one dashboard while leveraging the power of automation.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our fantastic team, Agora’s investment management platform accomplishes all that and more. Agora has reached significant milestones with our platform this year, including the launch of an advanced, powerful, and beautifully designed investor portal and a new cutting-edge fundraising tool that transforms the way firms offer new investment opportunities to their investors.

In addition to our core platform, we’ve developed systems to help our customers streamline processes for payments and tax operations as well.

When we reach a milestone like this, it’s important to stop and thank all the remarkable people who helped us get here: our customers, our brilliant team, and our incredible investors. All played a huge role in Agora’s success.

We see this Series A funding round, not only as a culmination of our efforts, but also as a catapult that enables future growth and innovation. And our customers will guide the way. As we gain more insight into what our customers require to create more efficiency, security, and profitability, we’ll continue to develop new solutions to accelerate their growth and help them exceed investors’ expectations.

We will continue software improvements while adding new financial products and services, creating a one-stop shop and a more comprehensive solution for our customers.

What features should customers anticipate?  We’re soon launching a fully-automated payments processing service for both US domestic and cross-border payments operations, a solution that automates tax fillings and preparations at scale, tools for compliance management, and more.

I’m incredibly proud of what the Agora team has accomplished in a few short years, and I’m eager to see what the future holds.
