Starting today, Agora is entering a Season of Innovation: AI-powered releases, with something new shipping every two weeks.

Every company right now is racing to put AI into how it works, and real estate firms are no different. AI didn’t arrive industry by industry. It arrived everywhere at once: in pharma, in law, in accounting, and in real estate, largely through the same generic models built to serve everyone at once. Those models are genuinely capable, but they also treat a distribution waterfall the way they treat anything else they were trained on: accurately, but from the outside.

Agora has spent years inside this industry. Real estate is the only industry Agora has ever built for, and this season, that experience is going into a full run of releases built around the real, specific problems real estate teams face, connected to the data and workflows firms already run through Agora.

Why this pace

“We could have packaged all of this into one release,” said Lior Dolinski, Co-Founder and CPO of Agora. “We decided against it. Firms don’t run on a yearly clock, and the work they’re doing with AI shouldn’t either. Shipping every two weeks means nothing useful sits on a shelf waiting for a bigger moment to announce it.”

The releases are not separate products. Each one is another layer in the same system, and each builds on the one before it. Taken together, they tell one story about how AI gets put to work in real estate investment management.

What to expect

The details on what ships first are staying a surprise for now, but the range is wide. Each release brings AI into a different part of how real estate teams work, built to make an immediate difference day to day rather than serve as a demo.

Existing Agora customers will see each release land directly in the platform as it ships, with a short note on what it does and why it was built.

Follow along

This page updates the moment each release ships, so checking back every two weeks is the only way to catch them as they land, all season long. Agora account teams can also flag what’s coming next to any firm that asks first.
