Senior Product Marketing Manager

Description

Agora is a leading SaaS and FinTech platform transforming how real estate investment firms manage their capital, investors, and operations. Trusted by 700+ GPs, owners/operators, and investment firms globally, we help teams streamline the full lifecycle of investment management - from fundraising and onboarding to reporting, distributions, tax, and back-office automation.

But we’re more than just software. We’re a team of bold thinkers, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts who believe complex processes should feel simple. Our platform combines modern technology with expert services, helping our customers raise more capital, deliver a better investor experience, and scale their businesses smarter. Agora is backed by top-tier VCs like Insight Partners and Qumra Capital, and we’re growing fast. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define how Agora’s platform is positioned, launched, adopted, and expanded as the company continues to evolve at the intersection of real estate, fintech, and AI.

You’ll flex across different parts of the AI-driven Saas platform based on company priorities, working closely with Product, GTM, Customer, and leadership teams. You’ll help translate complex workflows, customer needs, platform capabilities, and AI-driven product evolution into clear narratives, focused launches, and measurable business impact.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires more than strong execution. As AI changes how companies work, buy, and scale, we’re looking for someone who can think deeply, operate in ambiguity, build conviction from incomplete information, and turn complexity into strategy, messaging, and action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

Lead GTM strategy and execution for new capabilities, platform evolutions, and AI-driven workflows, from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.

Translate product and market shifts into clear launch priorities, practical GTM plans, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Product Messaging & Positioning

Define and evolve Agora’s platform and solution-level positioning across customer segments and lifecycle stages.

Translate complex workflows, data, and AI capabilities into clear, credible value narratives for buyers, users, and internal teams.

  • Customer Journey & Product-Led Growth

Own product marketing across the customer lifecycle, from awareness and onboarding to adoption, expansion, and retention.

Strengthen product-led growth and sales motions through in-product messaging, value moments, onboarding narratives, and upgrade paths.

  • Market, Customer & Competitive Insights

Gather and synthesize insights from customers, prospects, sales calls, win/loss analysis, market research, and product data.

Track competitors and market shifts to sharpen differentiation and inform product, GTM, and sales decisions.

  • Sales & Customer Enablement

Create high-impact enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, narratives, case studies, launch materials, and internal talk tracks.

Help teams sell the platform, not just features, while keeping messaging consistent across GTM motions.

  • Packaging, Metrics & Optimization

Partner on packaging, pricing, and monetization opportunities, aligning customer value with adoption and expansion.

Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize product marketing initiatives based on data and feedback.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with complex platforms, vertical products, workflows, fintech, or multi-stakeholder products.
  • Proven experience leading GTM strategies for product launches, platform capabilities, or multi-solution offerings, from positioning and messaging through execution and optimization.
  • Strong product sense and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand complex workflows, customer problems, market dynamics, and platform-level value beyond individual features.
  • Outstanding messaging and storytelling skills, with a track record of simplifying complexity into clear, compelling narratives for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to balance depth, quality, and speed across both strategic work and hands-on deliverables.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority, build trust, drive alignment, and be someone others love working with.
  • Analytical and outcome-driven, comfortable using customer insights, market research, product data, and business metrics to shape decisions and measure impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with sound judgment, curiosity, and the ability to use AI thoughtfully as a leverage mechanism without losing originality or depth.

What Sets You Apart

  • You develop deep product, customer, and market expertise, and avoid shipping fluff.
  • You think in systems, not just launches: customer journeys, workflows, data, context, adoption loops, and business outcomes.
  • You are energized by change and understand that companies are living organisms. You know how to adapt your thinking, messaging, and execution as the market, product, and customer expectations evolve.
  • You can take chaos, ambiguity, and incomplete information and turn them into a clear strategy people can understand and act on.
  • You have strong taste and judgment. You know how AI can accelerate your work without losing originality, depth, or personal judgment.
  • You are proactive, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. You know how to move work forward even when priorities shift.
  • You have strong opinions, loosely held. You know when to push, when to adjust, and how to bring people with you.

Why Agora?

Agora is building a category-defining platform at the intersection of real estate, fintech, and AI. We’re not just adding AI features to an existing SaaS platform. We’re exploring how Agora can help real estate investment firms work differently, with more data, more context, smarter workflows, and less manual work.

This is a chance to join at a meaningful inflection point: shape the narrative for a complex platform, influence how new AI-driven capabilities go to market, and help define the next chapter of how Agora creates value for customers.

You’ll have real ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to work with smart, driven people on problems that sit at the center of product, GTM, customer value, and company growth.
