- Roadmap - Work closely with the Product Group Manager to understand the product roadmap, features, and changes in product requirements.
- Domain e2e - Own the product of an entire development squad and be responsible for its feature design, releases, and ongoing prioritization.
- Ownership - Take ownership of your product and collaborate with the product team, development, customer success, and sales team to ensure an excellent product and customer adoption.
- Research - Engage in product discovery by conducting user research in the real estate and financial domains. Use the insights gathered to inform product planning and roadmap development.
- Data - Interview users and partners, analyze user data and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product.
- Management & Priority - Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things.
- Sprints management - Prioritize the backlog and support release planning and sprint planning.
- At least 4 years of experience in product manager roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech-oriented industries.
- Experienced in writing complex PRDs and conducting functionality/specs definition, architecture, and design.
- Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile mindset and scrum methodologies including user stories, UI & UX.
- You are analytical and experienced in working with both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive prioritization decisions. You are familiar with A/B tests, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to improve adoption and usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
- You possess natural ownership abilities - you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and resourceful in getting the job done.

About The Position
We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
As a product owner in Agora you will be responsible for owning an end-to-end domain in the product. This includes managing the domain backlog and roadmap, collaborating with a full Scrum squad, conducting in-depth research, engaging with clients to understand their needs and pain points, analyzing data to improve adoption and usage, and writing detailed PRDs. You will support the squad's sprints and releases using these insights.
