Today, Agora is introducing Signal, a new intelligence layer inside Agora that gives fund managers, IR and IM teams customizable, pre-built dashboards, covering IR, fundraising, capital call tracking, investor distributions and investment management, along with an AI assistant that answers data questions simply, and can build new dashboards live.
Most fund managers already have the data from their fundraising pipelines, investor records, and capital calls and distributions. What’s missing isn’t the data, it’s a fast way to get an answer out of it. Right now that usually means pulling a report, exporting to a spreadsheet, and cross-referencing a few tabs before you can say anything with confidence. More dashboards and more data to explore isn’t the fix. What teams need is a way to turn that static data into decision signals they can act on.
Signal sits on top of the data you already have in Agora, with no export and no separate login. The dashboards come pre-built, so most teams get a useful view of their business on day one without building anything. Teams on the paid Signal add-on can also build and save their own dashboards, schedule reports, and set up alerts.
Ask Signal is the assistant built into the tab, answering data questions in plain English. Ask “which prospects should I call this week” and it builds the chart directly, without a separate report to pull first.
“Every fund manager already has more data than they can act on in a day,” said Lior Dolinski, Co-Founder and CPO of Agora. “Signal reads through that noise and points at the one or two things that actually need your attention this week, the investor going quiet, or the capital call falling behind schedule.”
Signal is built specifically for real estate investment data, with the same data protection standards used across Agora. Investor commitments, ownership positions and capital moving between accounts carry a level of sensitivity that a general-purpose AI tool is not necessarily built to handle. Signal stays scoped to this data rather than operating as an open-ended assistant.
Signal Lite, with the six default dashboards and PDF exports, comes included with every Agora Pro plan. The full Signal add-on includes the custom dashboard builder, scheduled reports, alerts and Ask Signal. Signal is rolling out to Agora Pro customers starting in mid-August.
