It already understands exports from major platforms such as Juniper Square, AppFolio, and IMS, and firms running on spreadsheets can send their files as they are, multiple tabs and years of history included.
Along the way, the agent flags gaps and anything unclear, so your team only sees the items that need your input. Firms coming from another platform also get a step-by-step export guide and a ready-to-send letter requesting their data from their current provider.

Within days of sending your data, you can review it in place, with your investor records and cap table already structured the way they will live in Agora.
