As we bid farewell to 2023, we can proudly reflect on a year marked by incredible advancements and continuous growth.

As Agora expanded and evolved, offering a more advanced and efficient solution, so did our customers. More customers made bigger deals, effectively managing increasing numbers of investments and capital raises – which, in 2023’s challenging market, makes the accomplishment all the more impressive.

The numbers tell the story

This year’s Assets Under Management (AUM) handled with Agora more than doubled from $50B to $120B, with more than 30,000 active investors using the Agora portal. Our growth is across all aspects:

Our evolution continues: better Interface, more Features, more Capabilities

In 2023, we introduced new advanced features and revamped existing ones to make the user experience smoother, faster, and easier.

We combined robust automation with a user-centric intelligent design so GPs and their investors can focus more on deals and communications and less on bureaucracy.

The Investor Portal underwent a complete revamp, making it the leading portal in the market, hailed by investors for its aesthetics and ease of use.

We launched a completely redesigned CRM, combining robust capabilities with intuitive design. To quote one of our customers, “I’ve used a lot of CRMs over my career, and Agora’s is the most user-friendly I’ve seen.”

For GPs running debt funds, we also started providing full support for debt fund management, with all the convenience and efficiency of Agora’s solution.

For customers managing bigger teams, our new and improved team management feature enabled them to create tailored access levels, define custom roles for staff members, and collaborate better.

A full solution doesn’t end with software

True to our promise to provide GPs with an all-encompassing 360 solution to their investment management needs, we launched our tech-enhanced financial services to complement our software and act as a natural extension of your team: Our team of CPAs, bookkeepers, and financial professionals are actively providing our customers with tax (K-1), bookkeeping and international money transfer services.

The accolades prove once again – Agora is like nothing else in the market

Over 2023, Agora has continuously won an increasing number of prestigious G2 badges. With six badges in the Spring Report, nine in the Summer Report, and a stellar dozen in the Fall Report, it’s becoming increasingly clear Agora is setting itself apart from the competition fast and by a wide lead.

Becoming the hub for a growing community of professionals

At Agora, we have decided, from the outset, that we don’t view ourselves as a service provider but rather as a partner to our customers and the real estate community.

In 2023, we provided members of the real estate community with the opportunity to connect, get updated on the latest trends, and broaden their education in various channels and platforms.

Our second season of the Deal Makers drew even more traction than the first, with 20 punchy episodes and a broad spectrum of spectacular guests.

Along with our successful blog for seasoned GPs, we launched the Investor Learning Center, helping more novice investors learn the ins and outs of real estate.

Our online LinkedIn community grew from 3,000 in 2022 to over 7000 followers.

2024, here we come!
